Dear Friends
There have been many times in my life where I have been given a fresh start, and that is often time when I grow the most. It’s a new year, and a new me. I want people to know me for my skills, accomplishments, goals, ambitions, interests, hobbies, and not solely because of my identities. With that being said, I would just like to take this opportunity to say that I won’t be updating...

2010...You have been great to me
This morning, I was supposed to be boarding on a flight to a destination where I would be spending my New Year Eve high in the air somewhere. Due to passport complications and other bigger reasons, I had to cancel my highly anticipated flight last minute. It was a disappointment since I have worked so hard for it to come true. But I believe everything happens for a reason, and I have decided to go...

Parties Parties Parties/ Shots Shots Shots
It’s Halloween weekend…Mad parties…But despite the title, it’s not what you think I’ll be writing about. Yeah, I have pictures of me “pregaming” in my friends’ room, etc, but you know what, I’m done with that deal along time ago, and I’m not gonna post it just so that I look cool or whatever. A lot of people might be surprised to know...

Why is it so hard to be who you are in this world?
This is pretty much the number one cause of unhappiness in this world…when you can’t just be who you are or who you want to be.  We’re so busy fulfilling gender roles and that when we satisfy them, we feel better about ourselves. LGBT suicides is something I’ve always known about, but it’s finally making press recently. It’s heartbreaking for these kids to think that they can’t be themselves...

No Homo
What are you implying by saying No Homo? I’m getting tired of hearing all these No Homo slang banging around spitting by guys, and some of them, my friends. I really wanna slap a bro. I used to be angry, now I just feel that this culture has a long way to grow up. Why are you so insecure about your masculinity and sexuality and feel the NEED to go around expressing that you have no...

Money doesn't buy Happiness
It does, however, buy materials that makes your life a lot more convenient and upgrade your lifestyle to be a lot more luxurious.  People often confuse money with happiness…it’s as if that’s the route you must take to be happy—like a race to get to the finish line. Material girls/guys whatever…They all seem/look happy…but they are all empty inside, trying to...

The Transcender: On how to deal with...
Remember, bullies/mean people are people, too. They have issues just like any of us. Instead of hating them, the best way to deal with a bully is simply just to understand them. Instead of hating a killer, why don’t we try to understand what pushed them or the circumstances that has happened in their lives that pushed them to be this way? Stop with the blaming and judging…what good...

Dove's Campaign For Real Beauty [Watch]
No Wonder our perception of beauty is distorted   Killing us all so softly… I’m not a fan of Dove and I find this campaign really ironic, for the company to come out and proclaim themselves as the good guy…even though they still continue to contribute to the images of what beauty is like by telling consumers to buy more their products… But if you overlook Dove...

Hollywood: An Empire of Their Own | How the Jews...
The American Dream is actually constructed by “shadowed Americans” who came to the Land of the Free creating a Hollywood of their own…where ironically it became the norm for all Americans to follow.  During this time of year last year, I started watching old Hollywood films that were produced in the “Golden Age” during the 20’s to early 60’s. As a film...

Stuffs The Transcender Likes
These conglomerates help me make my own culture and who I am today. MAD props if you know some of the things on this list (not including the mainstream one though). And if you’re looking for a wishlist, you can’t go wrong with any of these. James Bond On Her Majesty Secret Service was my favorite Bond movie because it showed Bond as the romantic and sensitive lover he is when...

Homophobia and Transphobia or any other...
Disclaimer: I wrote this during the summer of 2009 when I was very frustrated with the world and before I found peace within myself, so my thoughts are really scattered, but this is a rough draft, but I will continue to work on this. But I just felt the urge just to publish this even if it’s unfinished. 8/18/09 Homophobia (or fear of man*) *=man will be the umbrella...

Northampton is my hometown glory →
“Contrada explained to WND that Northampton is one of three cities in Massachusetts that have ordinances forbidding discrimination against transsexuals. The city, according to Contrada, has become a magnet for the radical lesbian and transgender movement, making it an ideal place for staging a topless rally that might be restricted elsewhere.”
